Who we are

yourdomain.net (“yourdomain”, “we”, “us”) is a brokerage for domains, websites and online businesses, and a provider of websites and AI receptionist services for local businesses. This policy explains what we collect when you use yourdomain.net, submit one of our forms (including forms on Facebook and Instagram), or talk to us, and what we do with it. What we collect

What you give us: your name, email, phone number, business name, website, industry and anything you write in a form, plus details about an asset you want to buy or sell.
Lead ad forms: when you submit a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the answers you submitted, along with which ad and campaign you came from.
How you found us and used the site: the pages you view, the link or ad that brought you here (for example UTM tags and ad click IDs), your browser, device, approximate location from your IP address, and cookie IDs.
Calls and messages: if you call or text us, or our AI receptionist, we keep call details, recordings or transcripts and messages so we can follow up and improve the service.

How we use it

To reply to you, give you a demo or valuation, and provide the services you ask for.
To call, text or email you about your request and our services, where you have agreed to that.
To measure which pages, ads and campaigns bring in enquiries, and to improve our site and advertising.
To prevent spam, fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand site usage and measure our ads. When you submit a form, we also send the conversion to Meta through its Conversions API. Your email, phone number and name are converted into a one-way hash before they leave our server, and are used to match the conversion to an ad. This lets Meta and Google show our ads to people likely to be interested and tell us which ads work. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook ad preferences and Google ad settings, or block cookies in your browser.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your request, including with automated or AI-voice calls. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number or text opt-in with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy and security terms: website hosting, form and email delivery, our CRM and phone systems, our AI operations assistant, analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta), payment processors (Stripe) and escrow services for transactions. We also share information when the law requires it, or with a buyer or seller when you ask us to move a deal forward.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and for our business records, generally up to three years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@yourdomain.net. If you live in California or another state with a privacy law, you have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. We verify requests before acting on them.

Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. Our services are for businesses and adults, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

We may update this policy. The date below shows when it last changed.
